At JUBIN STUDIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
